Russian basketball has probably the biggest traditions in the world. Russia (Soviet Union) was unstopable for almost 50 years till 1990. It would be hard to tell all titles they've won.
Now, Russian basketball is not such a dominant force, but their team still isn't weak. Russia has a strong league, but Russian players do not make big influence in Russian club basketball results. Still, Russians have a good basketball school, structure, so they can expect for new basketball stars in a few upcoming years.
