24sec.net Gallery section is used to give users a friendly and easy way to show Basketball-related pictures that they have from different Basketball events or any other that is related to Basketball. User uploads are accepted only under the following Terms of Service. By uploading to 24sec.net, users agree to accept these terms.
1) As a Basketball related service - uploaded files must be related to Basketball or in special cases to other sport or event in a way that is related to Basketball. 24sec.net reserve the right to decide if a certain image is related to the general theme of the site and service.
2) Sexual explicit images, pornography, nudity, images of abuse or death, and similarly offensive images are prohibited. 24sec.net will cooperate with legal authorities if an investigation arise regard files users have uploaded. 24sec.net reserves the right to delete images or albums at any time without prior notice.
3) Users must comply with all laws which apply to their location including trademark and copyright laws. Files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. In case of an infringement claim is made against a user, the user will be asked to remove the files until the issue is resolved. 24sec.net is under no obligation to become involved in a dispute concerning files uploaded by users. 24sec.net is making any effort to prevent uploads of files that prevents copyrights or trademarks laws and will never held responsible for unauthorized content that will be upload to the 24sec.net servers.
4) Direct Linking to files uploaded by users is forbidden. You must link to the gallery page or to the image page of the file uploaded. 24sec.net reserves the right to disable direct linking and to ban from the service users that are using excessive bandwidth or abusing the system in any other way.
5) 24sec.net is not liable for your files and do not promise or claim any reliability in keeping your files available. 24sec.net will not hold responsible for any damage or loss that may occur by a temporary unavailability or permanent unavailability of the website.
6) By uploading a file, users give 24sec.net permission to publish the uploaded file and give 24sec.net full permission to use and publish the image in any way without any compensation.
7) Credit for the file will be given on the image details page according to the "Real Name" field of the user profile.
8) 24sec.net reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, and without prior notice.
9) 24sec.net reserves the right to delete images or albums at any time without prior notice.
