Milan Gurovic changed his mind and decided to play for Serbian National team on the next European Championship. During last whole month Gurovic was saying that he was more then disappointed with attitude of Serbian basketball public and National officials and that last thing he would do was to play for National team.

But after short conversation with new Serbian head-coach, Zoran Slavnic, Gurovic said that he realized that his presence in National team will be more then just a game. That will be chance for him to play for own people.

This is almost shocking decision after so many canceling this year. Gurovic and Marko Jaric will be the only stars in Serbian team, while almost 12 extraordinary players canceled.

Two newest names among canceled persons are Milos Vujanic, Zoran Erceg and Kosta Perovic. Vujanic couldn't arrange his recovery from hard injuries with National team preparations, while Perovic said that he needed time to rest and heal before debut in NBA for Golden State. Zoran Erceg canceled after he arranged operation of tonsils just at the same time when preparations start. He said that coach probably didnt know for that when he called him?!

Serbian team on European Championship will include next 16 names:

Nenad Mišanović, Tadija Dragićević, Nemanja Aleksandrov, Milan Gurović, Vuk Radivojević (Crvena zvezda)
Stefan Marković (Hemofarm)
Dragan Labović, Branko Cvetković, Miloš Teodosić (FMP)
Darko Miličić (Orlando)
Marko Jarić (Minnesota)
Saša Pavlović (Cleveland)
Aleksandar Rašić (Efes Pilsen)
